Another M800 sized Pelikan, this one previously owned by Jonathon Deans of Pen Economics, when he decided it was not for him, I decided that it was for me. I like a blue pen, and this combination of blue, black, and silver is very smart.

A butter smooth 18K medium, this nib just glides across the page. Normally I like a bit of tooth in my nibs but this one in the nicely balances M800 makes for a very nice writing experience.

I disregarded my pen database to match this ink and pen as I though they would be a great combination. Salix is an iron gall blue that shades pretty well producing some good effects on drying. It is very much an ink for the office.
